With a focus on sustainability and innovation with an international touch, Sweden Foodtech joined Gastronord and Stockholmsmässan to build the Nordics' largest fair for the professional food sector. With a test kitchen, new ingredients and innovative Chefs (Saori Ichihara, Isabelle Cederblad, Frida Nilsson, Will Moffat, Saba Nazarian, Emil Grönlund and Cecilia Tolone), the stage was graced by world-famous figures including Magnus Nilsson, Cristina Megias, Anja Leissner, Dominic Roth, Laura Redmond, Håkan Lejdstrand, Fanny Nachemson, Björn Öste, Eva Everloo, Jose Guerrero, Iana Dulskaia, Sanah Baig, Anne-Charlotte Holmlöv, Lauri Reuter, Gustaf Brandberg and many more. Covering 2 of the 3 event days, iinvested was asked to focus on capturing connections, matchmaking, buzz, co-creation and experiences. Over 850 images were delivered within 24 hours.
