Founder Institute headquartered in Silicon Valley established a new stealth team in 2020 to take Founder Institute Stockholm across Sweden with a purely digital accelerator programme. With the world's most proven network to turn ideas into fundable startups, and startups into global businesses; Founder Institute boasts a portfolio with the estimated value of $30bn. The strategy was a rollout of 10 recruitment events highlighting the programme, important ecosystem actors, essential startup tips for early-stage Founders and networking sessions. Photographs of the team were used to promote the accelerator on social media channels including LinkedIn and Instagram. Support was provided for cold outreach, crafting communication, and producing digital events via Zoom. The team went through a coaching session using our Event Canvas to align on strategy and tactics and the Managing Director received personalized coaching to ensure a high level of engagement. The result? Founder Institute Stockholm became Founder Institute Sweden, and then Founder Institute Nordics in under 12 months. 244 people registered for the very first digital event and each session maintained over 100 attendees. A huge win for the customer pipeline.
